Create your own menu! Start your dinner with a selection of our signature hors-d'oeuvres and choose a warm starter, a main and a dessert.

STARTERS
Served on a sharing plate
• Goose liver terrine with plum and apple
• Pressed duck rillette with
pickled onion and cucumber
• Steak tartare with black truffle and water cress
• Mangalica cured ham with figs
• Hot smoked sturgeon, beets, cucumber
• Beetroot tartar, apple, pecan, fresh goat cheese (V)

WARM STARTERS
• White cabbage cream soup with champagne, smoked pulled pork• Baked langostinos with lemon, herbs and green asparagus
• Oyster with letcho, avocado cream, lemon crumble• White cabbage cream soup with champagne, vegetable strudel (V)

MAINS
• Suckling pig chops with pumpkin mash, carrot and brussels sprouts and gratin potatoes• Rib-eye with baked bone marrow, padron chillies and sweet potato
• Sea bass and scallops,
Jerusalem artichoke, celery, basil pesto
• Pumpkin arancini, Jerusalem artichoke, carrot, baked shallots, brussels sprouts leaves (V)

DESSERTS
• White chocolate bavaroise, fig, balsamico pearl, hazelnut
• Churros, vanilla ice cream, biscuit, kumquat, chocolate
• Aged cheese, red current, apple, celery
